Prenitha is an experienced paediatric speech pathologist dedicated to supporting children in developing strong, confident communication skills. She works with children aged 2 to 16 years, addressing a wide range of speech, language, fluency, and literacy needs.
Prenitha is part of the clinical team at Darcy Road Specialists, where she provides individualised, evidence-based therapy in a multidisciplinary setting. In addition to her work at the centre, she is the Founder and Lead Speech Pathologist of Learn and Lead Therapy Hub, a mobile speech pathology clinic offering services across preschools, schools, and homes in Western Sydney.
A graduate of The University of Sydney, Prenitha is known for her warm, family-centered approach and her ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with children and their families. She delivers therapy that is goal-oriented, engaging, and tailored to each child’s unique needs, helping them achieve meaningful progress in communication and learning.
Fluent in English and Tamil, Prenitha values culturally responsive care and works closely with families, educators, and health professionals to ensure consistent, collaborative support.
